UNITED TO SERVE
Pastors meet quarterly for encouragement, building unity on relevant church topics and issues. The goal is to be equipped and informed within the community. Panel discussions, seasoned pastors and special guest speakers share their insights.
OAG’s Pastors have access to high-impact leadership training in a small-group settings. Leadership training facilitated by top Christian Nashville.
The OAG Christian Business Leadership Network (CBLN) is developing young professional men and women to help them mature professionally and spiritually.
The purpose of this initiative is to foster Christian values and principles throughout the Nashville business community by connecting young professionals with successful Christian business leaders in Middle Tennessee.
NEW INITIATIVES
United4Hope is a partnership program that matches churches or businesses with selected Metropolitian Nashville Public Schools to encourage faculty, student and the community to achieve excellence in academics.
The volunteers are recruited initally by the church or business but then are trained and oriented by United4Hope.
