The United to Serve project was presented at five group meetings over the course of four months with weekly meetings to give progress reports to the OAG Communications Committee Chair. Each group meeting presentation was designed for the levels of stakeholder attending, creating awareness and interest in the resource, setting the stage for 2014 involvement.

PROJRCT ORGANIZATIONAL MODEL: The Diamond (Leavitt) logic model was the approach for the project's team as a nonprofit resource that needs to operate with in-kind skills and donations.

Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument provided the concepts that assisted the project strategy for each presentation to various groups, anticipating what each would consider as a relevant level of interest and responsiblity:

Structure - Stakeholders: (Top) How - facts, direct benefits and vision (Blue/Yellow)
Strategy/Technology – Why, What - purpose and carrier

Process - When - application, implementation  (Green)
People - Volunteers: (Base) Who - generate content, relational (Red)
